Dr. Morgan Brown grew up in Northern California and attended UCLA, where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. After working in film and TV production for a number of years, she went on to complete a postbaccalaureate pre-medical program. She obtained her veterinary degree from the University of Edinburgh, Royal (Dick) School of Veterinary Studies, graduating with honors in 2019.
Dr. Brown completed a one-year rotating internship in small animal medicine and surgery at Wheat Ridge Animal Hospital in Colorado followed by a three-year residency in small animal internal medicine at Auburn University. Her professional interests include endocrinology, hematology, immune-mediated disease, feline medicine, and animal ethics and welfare. She is looking forward to heading up the feline hyperthyroidism I-131 treatment program at CASE!
Outside of work, Dr. Brown enjoys hiking, cooking, playing the piano, and watching television with her perfect cat, Winnie, and new puppy, Bruce!
